
The 3rd party Human resource doe not follow the Lowes coaching and corrective action policy. What qualifications does this non-lowes company have to assign and bypass stages of write-ups? Understandable class A violations are automatic termination. Other write-ups are bypassing stages and moving written warnings and terminations.
If it gets to the point they want you gone, HR drops off and you're stuck with a hostile, lying store manager and an ASM.
