I can't speak for all Lowe's but the 2 in Evansville indiana are both horrible! I shopped exclusively at Lowe's for several years, actually since they opened here in town. It has gotten so bad I refuse to go there. I returned some items, they put it on a merch card and now they attach your DL # to the merch card. Well the lady must have typed my number in wrong, I have a merch card with $96.? on it that I can't use. When I went as far as to talk to the store manager his exact words "Not my problem" and walked away. What once was a great store is now rapidly falling apart
