Not often at all once you get customer service to be promoted you have to stay on for two years at least. And every year you're there you get a .25 cent raise

Fill out a form online it gets reviewed and sent out but not much is done with feedback.

People who don't try to stand up to management but will be bossy to equals. So basically kiss ups. I dont suggest working here.

It's going downhill. Many people complain about prices not being on items, staff not being on the floor, and policy changes at least once a week so customers don't know what they are able to do once they have a purchase or a coupon.

I feel like I have to walk on eggshells. They always monitor your work, how many coupons people use and where they got them and how many times each individual employee scans a coupon or item. They also watch gift card transactions employees use.

Mostly slow. But on weekends or holidays its nonstop but not overwhelming.

If you're part time its semi difficult because you do work weekends or nights but you can get anywhere between 10 hours to 30 hours. Full time you might as well live at the store.

Depends on where you work in corporate. IT is pretty casual (no flipflops or open toed shoes) but you still need to be respectful. Other area are more formal in the business casual attire.
