Social skills and being kind
Leaders need to focus on a clear path and communicate that. They need to eliminate a toxic culture.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unique and new benefits like Headspace, employee assistance and parental leave
Part timers dont receive benefits
Dont have or need one
Everything, that we get is good
the only compensation that is not monetary is the associate discount

They pay me barely a dollar above minimum wage and there are literally zero benefits to speak of
$12 hour is not compensation

Highly collaborative group that always balances work and fun
Store managers are supportive as much as they can ve
All very hard working and helpful
Work together help when needed
The team is very hardworking and strong.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
People skills and kindness to all
Coworkers varied quite a bit, from very smart and strategic to completely petty dummies. The smart ones wouldn't last. This is old, though; things might be different now.
They have huddles in the morning but the other employees are not informed.

Favoritism exists. Some work hard others get a pass to not work from the manager

Most of the staff are up beat
Everyone except the store manager were willing to assist you

The company rewarded toxic, bullying behavior, and overlooked stupidity. That needs to change. Don't know if it has since I left.

It was a very fast turnaround from interview to hire

Again employees are extremely rude and dont help
They are understaffed and very underpaid.
Need to listen to why employees are leaving. Turnover is too fast. The pay is too low and the raises are insufficient.

Customer satisfaction. Making money doing what i love
Pay well & have money to buy good tools, my work brings lots of value.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Being able to move up quicker in the chain
Bureaucracy, lots of politics, slow to change, lots of incompetence.
