Lack of communication with the head main manager at store 2040 has made my experience at hell along side my co-workers. As a result of the lack of a fuctional managemnet and overall attitude of the head manager, many of us are leaving rating this while work experience a 0/10 would never recommend.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Honestly nithing getting hired on the spot is a red flag and overtime showed me the real colours of working at bbb.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The co workers but you've made it impossible to actually make it an good positive environment when none of us want to stay.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Overall all employees understand and wokr well with each ither even the sub managers. As a while we know what to do and how to get things done as a lead. If anything hinders us its the main manager.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We underatand each other and have a mutal agreement we are not treated fairly. Mainly because of head manager but dotrict is not any better cause they don't understand what we're dealing with when they're never seeing the store physical.
