Promotions are only given to manager favorites, not the hardest workers or senior workers.

I believe each individual is different in how they perform and so I believe its important to take into consideration each person's performance and pay them based on their ability and hard work and dedication.

Company doesn't ever seem to value their employees. We don't really ever seem like we're thought of. Pay is ok, but could be better. When compared to other companies, it seems on the low side. Although there was a recent wage increase. So that's a start.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It seems more times than not, they just want a body in the door. And when people don't do their job properly , nothing is done about it and the rest of us have to fix the mistakes. Making more work on our end. It's a trickling effect across all departments.
