Company doesn't ever seem to value their employees. We don't really ever seem like we're thought of. Pay is ok, but could be better. When compared to other companies, it seems on the low side. Although there was a recent wage increase. So that's a start.

It seems more times than not, they just want a body in the door. And when people don't do their job properly , nothing is done about it and the rest of us have to fix the mistakes. Making more work on our end. It's a trickling effect across all departments.
