Long term employee. Excited when I started, but over the last few years the negativity and pessimism in the workplace, and lack of guidance or even showing their face, of managers is unbelievable.

Promotions are only given to manager favorites, not the hardest workers or senior workers.

Realize their employees are people, not robots. Complement when you don't good job, not just criticize.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most are friendly, caring and considerate. Those who have worked together for a while are almost like a family.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too much negativity and pessimism. Too much wasted inventory or silly products that don't sell. No reason to be motivated.
