Bed Bath & Beyond Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I appreciate the CFO's expertise and dedication, even though they're juggling multiple roles. The team has potential for focus and innovation if priorities align better.

Support from the team from the get go

They care about you more than the company!

The manger is great, however when he is gone, the assistants belittle his employees.

Overall all employees understand and wokr well with each ither even the sub managers. As a while we know what to do and how to get things done as a lead. If anything hinders us its the main manager.

The leadership is compassionate and understanding.

They are approachable and friendly

They will help you if you ask, but the attitude is unnecessary

They are involved in the employees lives and treat them as real human beings instead of simply workers in their store. They set an example for employees by treating customers with respect and being as helpful as possible.

CEO’s for the company need to do sporadic checks in person so the true running of the store can be observe

Leadership is indecisive. No one cares about deadlines and the team suffers. Too top heavy, they will not hire the correct amount of people to do the work. No one is happy hire.

communication. and really respect. they need to fire everyone higher up and replace them with integrity driven, empathetic people

How to talk to there employees

Review from Sales Dept

Our current interm manager treats everyone like they are useless and talks to them that way too. She has already had 7 complaints done by both associates and customers on how she talks and treats us

They need to listen to the concerns of staff

Respect employees and be nice. Be able to listen to them and not rush them every second like in a treadmill. Don't down grading them, don't be over demending and very abrasive.

Review from Sales Dept

A clear plan to facilitate the ever changing demands of omni-channel retail operations

Review from Sales Dept

Working together as a team. One employee isn't doing there job and has everyone else do it for them. Management does nothing about it
