What did you like most about the interview process?
Honestly nithing getting hired on the spot is a red flag and overtime showed me the real colours of working at bbb.

Better screening on there home life and job stays people run to a different job and they know they can so here today gone tomarrow they as employees don't care and have no prid to stay and make it a better job to retire from

They are happy anyone comes in for interview they just give you the job

Actually getting to know the person we are interviewing to see if they are a good fit
That interviewer is upfront about the conditions of work. I was told I would only work 20-25 hours a week but am being scheduled for 30+ hours a week. They also said they would be there when a customer is being confrontational. Stated there was a team like environment but everyone is rude to eachoth
