Not a horrible company, I just wish there was more consideration when it comes to the actual employees. We have families and lives and that's never considered. It is a relaxed environment, which is nice to work in. Benefits are honestly not that great. Pay is alright.

It's a fairly relaxed environment. Most of the people are enjoyable to work with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company doesn't ever seem to value their employees. We don't really ever seem like we're thought of. Pay is ok, but could be better. When compared to other companies, it seems on the low side. Although there was a recent wage increase. So that's a start.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It seems more times than not, they just want a body in the door. And when people don't do their job properly , nothing is done about it and the rest of us have to fix the mistakes. Making more work on our end. It's a trickling effect across all departments.
