My leadership lacks the strength to be fair to all the employees on my team. They are allowing two non-professional associates to control them and our work team. These two employees convinced them to take away our early tour because they were unable to work it. We are now a very divided team.

Integrity and honestly mean nothing at the Silver Spring Chesapeake complex. Years of service and dedication are tossed aside while unrealistic and illegal demands are made of employees while management does no wrong. Several people hospitalized over failure to fix electrical and air conditioning.

I am not aware of one individual who comes to work with an intent to do other than their absolute best. But, many are disillusioned by false promises for opportunities to move forward in their careers. The result - their discontent contaminates the workplace. Stagnation breeds the low morale.
