My immediate work environment is amazing. We support one another and understand that we need to in order to maintain. We care for one another and realize that the company is lead by an absolute fraud. We keep focused on what we control. Hope that a new CEO is close gives us hope.
The supportive nature when things go wrong. I mean, sometimes things just happen and when it isn't positive, no one gets bent out of shape, freaks out or gets mad. Everyone just pitches in, pivots and finds a way to still achieve our goals.
Customers are not easy to deal with and management does not have your back.

some departments are very good and effective. Others are very poor in performance and improvements.

Get back to the basics and demonstrate values contained in the credo.
Leadership needs to be directly involved in cutting red tape. They need to find the weak links and start laying off Directors and Vice Presidents of underperforming organizations.
Honest representatives and properly trained out sourced employees
Hold managers accountable for poor leadership. Leading is an action, not a corporate buzzword. People are resigning weekly in our area and our Director continues to shine. Outrageous.
More accountability and actual resolution of issues in a timely manner
They need to pay people more and increase commission from team to individual and take into account how they used to.
Better pay, better hours, we dont need to be here until 7pm, learn how to hire, train your management. Admit failure when you create a new pos system and its a flop stop forcing it and admit defeat.

Leadership from the top down. Decisions and dorection couldnt be worse. Hans Vestberg ruined ericsson and now Verizon.
The company is not engaged to it's employee experience and has not made progress on infrastructure inefficiencies
Ever since they brought out this new commision structure no body is happy
Employees should come first. Opportunities should be given to everyone, not just a select few.

Pay their workers better and allow more opportunities to move within the company?
Hire the right people and involve the team that will be part of their production. Don't cave to political pressure and lead in the world that is being ravaged by political groups and pressures. Find your employees strengths and move them where they will be best utilized.
