Everyone is truthful, honest and hardworking. We are mandated to take on tasks that don't belong to our team, but we do it anyway and do it well. Everyone helps everyone else. It is a great team.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The managers need better structure
Providing correct information. We could all make sure we're using the correct tools
They could learn policy and procedure better and actually care about the company that pays them.
Less personal talk that wastes 1/2 the scheduled meeting time.
Stop relying on the top sales rep to continue hitting quota
they're lazy. they dont want to learn
Infeel bad but the hiring team is downgraded vastly in the past years. Everyone should be given a fair chance but they hire people who clearly should not be working here.

Get paid fairly and create incentives to drive performance
They all need to stand talk more more commision structure
Trust and collaboration over self promotion and stop finger pointing when the business isn't going your way. We all have ups and downs, but to look for someone to blame is best found by looking in the mirror.
