My manager is great. The leadership team varies depending on who it is. Some are amazing, some shouldn't be people leaders.

Understanding that we are humans and trying to help us not just scold and talk down to. Theyre so separated from their times as reps. They made great commission selling nothing and now we have way more products and goals with less commission

Be upfront and realistic, its nice to be positive but its obvious when a corporste decision isnt the best and they support it your just like really... they need better training I know more than my actual managers. The favortism in this company is like no other.
