Health, dental and vision start the first day of the month after you are hired. So if you are hired on 7/15 your benefits start on 8/1!! I've never seen that before, it's pretty cool. Vacation and personal time is front loaded as well

The workload is very demanding. Many days it feels like we dont have time to take a breath in between calls. Severely understaffed on weekends and even worse on the holidays. I worked christmas thanksgiving, and new year's day. All of which were busy even though there were few callers.
