the transparency and the speed of the interview
Review from Customer Support Dept
every interview the leadership has been in the same place.
Interviewers were very open and honest about expectations
That I was taken in a room away from the floor where the manager and I can talk one on one he expressed everything that he expected from me as an employee and I already knew I got the job before I left just by his mannerisms
The person that hired me made it very easy but it’s very luck bas
Its was welcoming with lots of information
Interview process was in a very friendly and relaxing atmosphere.

The person who interviewed me
Review from Sales Dept
It was a remote interview
Quick hire and quick start
It was a straightforward process, it was good
The thought provoking questions that I had not ever been asked before from prior interviews.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Face to face interview was very laid back. They didnt ask the "name a time when ..." questions which i hate. It was more of a get to know you conversation and discussiion about the job. Very laid back and only took 20 min.
The recruiter was actually really supportive and helpful.
Personable friendly and encouraging big difference from when you get on the floor
Quick and painless. The wait time between interviewing and my start date was a little less painless though
The opportunity to get the first impression of the potential candidates that will work for us. Get to know them first and learn of their abilities to become great agents at MCS.
They gave a tour of the facility, you got to experience the environment live before going into the interview room, everyone was friendly and social, all the employees had a smile on their faces and while it seemed a little fast-paced, there was no underlying tension or dissension.
They knew from the start they were going to hire me
The positive energy from the interviewing team.
do not lie to veterans about your skills will be appreciated and used
Do not want to say.
Hire people based on what they know and not who they know
More technical questions that relate to the job
Allow the new hire to speak and not take control over the interview
Review from Communications Dept
Reduce the number of interviews.
Be transparent with the gaps in the organization. Be honest that the job is 60 hours a week and you will only be paid for 40 ( as a contractor)
Someway to determine qualifications for the position
If you ask the same question and get the same answers and recommend changes , but do not do anything why continue asking the same questions
Review from Operations Dept
I started with 17 yrs experiance and got a tech 1 position
The team doing interviews doesnt really know what I am capable of doing, they dont ask questions about field knowledge, its always pointless questions with no wrong answer.
Tell the truth about the situation
Review from Engineering Dept
Company usually has already decided who to hire at the time they post the job, never really an open position
Review from Operations Dept
Stop lying about the job and start being honest
Review from Customer Support Dept
Go by went the tech has accomplished in his career:
Being honest upfront with potential new hires
Stop asking weird questions during the process
I need to quit taking anybody just signed up and start looking for people that actually want to work
Stop trying to pay people 12 dollars an hr
I would look at the qualifications of the individual and hire the best candiate instead, of using the buddy system.
