The cable service have constant problems, and customers recall very often.

Infrastructure, quality, service, customer service.

Customers base their experience on the employee and the company policies. Spectrum is overpriced and with the current economy customers cannot afford us

High prices, not enough value, and mobile is TRASH!

I think individual groups should not be treated special unless you treat heterosexual individuals special as well!!!! Why do we have minority days but don’t have Caucasian days? I am Caucasian and application say white! Why not Caucasia

Sales adds plans and equiptment to customers without their knowledge

We are a cable company that cares about stock prices and never about or costumers or their experince with our prodect we are a monoply and know it and use it to crush compitotion.

We’re a victim of our own success. Hey we’re a challenger band to Comcast! Haha yeah right. We’re Comcast’s lap puppy. We have the resources to take them on and win this country, but the status quo is too good for us. News flash we’re going to be sold for parts if we don’t adapt.

No communication between departments, even at the higher levels. Needs more open communication.

Customer service is not a focus. Sales are the only focus. Speed and making sales, no matter what it takes, are rewarded- usually to the detriment of other employees and customers. Training is severely lacking. Support is severely lacking. Favoritism and inconsistency are constant.

Communicate better and listen more

Too many Price hikes and very bad customer service. Customers threaten to leave, and many do.

Charter is a Fortune 100 company that has grown through acquisitions. There is no internal driven innovation; the bureaucracy won't allow it. Turf wars andnoersonal agendas are hurting clients, shareholders, and employees. This comoany is straightniut of Atlus Shrugged!

Prices for our services are too high.

As with most telcos the bottom profit is king at the expense of almost everything else. As long as the ahareholders are happy the ceo will keep getting astronomical amounts while field workers have to fight to get a few extra pennies on their raises.

Age old issues and problem brought up are either marginalized or dismissed. This company is a carbon copy of every other cable company. Innovation is absent at a practical level yet celebrated at Executive Level. Just ask any contract labor group or inhouse group about "RESCUE TROUBLE CALLS.
