Customer service is not a focus. Sales are the only focus. Speed and making sales, no matter what it takes, are rewarded- usually to the detriment of other employees and customers. Training is severely lacking. Support is severely lacking. Favoritism and inconsistency are constant.

Prices for our services are too high.
As with most telcos the bottom profit is king at the expense of almost everything else. As long as the ahareholders are happy the ceo will keep getting astronomical amounts while field workers have to fight to get a few extra pennies on their raises.
Age old issues and problem brought up are either marginalized or dismissed. This company is a carbon copy of every other cable company. Innovation is absent at a practical level yet celebrated at Executive Level. Just ask any contract labor group or inhouse group about "RESCUE TROUBLE CALLS.
