Spectrum Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

health insurance is decent comp

Health insurance and prescriptions refills

We have an extensive comprehensive medical vision and dental package not to mention the various ways that they give you to be able to take time off from FMLAPTO vacation sick time etc. And last but not least the extensive impressive cable package that you get I have never worked and get svcs free

Commission structure and bonuses .

No limit or boundaries to your personal growth

the benefits and the pay

The pay is higher than what most other companies would offer for my role

Its a fair package overall.

Benefits are the best part of my compensation package

Matching my investment is the best part.

It is comparable to other companies

Other than my pay the employee services are a good touch like free tv internet and phone and discount cell service is awesome, insurance is top notch and they keep prices the same for our benefits

Everything i like our alot

Free services, free college programs, great health dental, and vision, matching 401k up to 6% plus 3% extra paid for by employer, sick, personal, and vacation,

Medical insurance is really affordable.

The money and that’s why all of us work to begin wit

Review from Sales Dept

Good health insurance, pto, vacation and sick leave. Plus discounts on services.

They pay comissions up front, good healthcare plan, and free cable.

What I was lead to believe, was the ability to grow and move up with in the company. I no longer believe that is at all true with Charter Communications.

The health 401k and free cable

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Expectations are unrealistic and work feels overwhelmed

If I accidentally made the commission I was supposed to make!

Review from Sales Dept

I need my money for all the accounts i opened & for all the products i sold

Diversity inclusion and equity. No disparity

lost HMO, we can buy stock recently but none is given, unable to work from home with doctors recommendation.

no employee stock options for the low end employees

No appreciation. Benefits are great, but there is no stock option and the pay is mediocre. It's not bad, it's just not very good.

Review from Sales Dept

I am an adult!!!! I have responsibilities other than just putting gas in my vehicle!!!! If you just want kids fresh out of school then don’t waste serious us adults time. We all work to make money and advanc

Incentives, bonuses wouldve been nice. There is no motivstion to help as many customers as possible. They dont even ask the customer how the experience was.

New hires start out at 10K more a year then season vets.

Pay the people who grow with the company more than outside hires. It’s literally stupid.

Transparency with the commission structure

I feel undervalued because as an employee I don't feel like a person at work I feel like a robot who is suppose to only produce numbers to keep customers subscribed. Sometimes we have to do other employees job without the proper compensation. I think it should be fair.

I feel unheard at work and when I have spoken up with creative ideas, I am shot down and placed on corrective plans.

Higher pay & recognition for work instead of just metrics

Ask for realistic things from your employees, don't give us outdated processes and if want me to sell, make sure the tools i use to sell work properly and my leadership has answers that i dont have. Make a compensation plan that's achievable

Compensation needs to be reflective of the region I reside in.

Review from Sales Dept

Soectrum treats employees like robots. The dysfuntion within the company is intense and extensive.

we need less work pressure .and better yearly income insted of 0%27 hard working department like tech ops

Review from Operations Dept

The pay is low, but you have many chance to move up.
