Spectrum Environment Employee Reviews

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Lots of celebrations for new mobile accounts

We get along, and there is a no nonsense, workplace strategy and Place were there is absolutely no violence or ridicule bullying of any kind

A supervisor that cares and leadership that could care less sadly.

The energy and great leadership

no judgment reassuring and the people

My manager's effective method of communicating with rest of the team for best results.

The people I worked with

Review from Sales Dept

There is little positive to say about it

The easy hiring process as to the positivity

The company is constantly working towards improvement.

Daily employee events and theme days, fun 12 week paid training, you can watch tv while you work, lots of free swag and spark poinys and sales incentives.

inclusiveness is a big deal here

two days working remote from home

It's a nice store with a pleasant setting, however it is not maintained as well as it could be. Electronic tools are frequently crashing and effecting how we do our jobs. In one case we have a work station that has been down for three months already and still not fixed.

Review from Sales Dept

The energy that every team member provides. Our VIP in STP is extremely friendly, our managers very supportive. It's a family oriented environment!

Teammates support one another in most cases

It’s a positive place to wo

Review from Sales Dept

We have fun activities throughout the month and food at least once a month.

My coworkers are the most positive thing

It's inclusive and helpful as it concerns employees.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Some Supervisors are completely negative, and constantly complain of their duties, the "good Supervisors" their teams are full, and the last "Good Supervisor" was fired for unknown reasons, and that's why i am leaving.

Troop welfare, mission accomplishment ( I'm a former U.S. Marine). If you take care of your employees, they take care of the customers, then the customers take care of the company. Some area managers don't run a tight ship, and everything done keeps making morale sink lower, which was already low.

rules are enforced on some and not others.

Let bad management go, rewards that show promise and keep the high hitters

Don't try to be so woke by pushing every political and social agenda at everyone but then forget some. Be consistant with all or dont do it at all

People are more than a number

Pay their employees a lot more

Listen to your employees. or at least admit we are not robots.

Stop being so safe. Take risks.

New leadership. People that know how to inspire.

Cut back on the micro mangent

Revamp the approach to Outside sales, especially during this constant and ever changing pandemic

Review from Sales Dept

Everythjng. Asking Charter to chamge its culture isnlike asking a leopord to change its spots.

upper mgmt needs to stop micromanaging everything & just let people do their job.

Reassess executive leadership. Higher leaders who know the subject matter and treat their employees with respect.

Mgmt needs to listen to the experts they hire. Mgmt incententive should not be based upon stupid goals set by upper mgmt that doesn't understand their jobs. They should be given incentive based upon finding and retaining talent that has a proven track record.

Review from Engineering Dept

not having to change desks everyday and being able to place personal belongings IE pictures on the desk to assist with stress and comfort

Diversify the executive team with some minority ethnicities and not just the head of D&I.

Micromanagment of workers who take pride in their work needs to stop. Constantly inventing a mew metric to browbeat and rate technicians when the data used to measure them is false is outright dishonest and a theft of time money and happiness

they need to share the wealth with front line workers. Executives make more in a month than some of will in 10 years.
