Coworkers complain all the time, and hardly work effectively, supervisors complain too much of their job and all they do is sit at a desk.

Everyone has to follow company policies

We are not allowed to build relationships

Nobody wants to be there. Management is always micro managing. Everyone is there for a paycheck.

Have better working conditions and safe environment do they can feel safer and be happy to be at work

Just let us sell, excel at quota, and don't micromanage.

Management needs to be more professional.

Spectrum is an operational disaster. The company cannot retain talent. The mandatory onsite work policy and outdated, hierarchical drive anyone with ambition out the door. Employee turnover is ramoant and adds to overhead costs. This company cannot remain competive in rhe market.

Company needs to change the culute to better attract younger and fresh talent.

Charter hires poor performers generally. There are a few that are good, but those are the exceptions.

My coworkers at peer level are good. It's the senior and executive levels where most issues originate and trickles down to the teams.
