Local leaders are in touch and do what they can to help. Corporate doesn't want to hear your complaints. i.e. Winfreys base pay jumped 29.6% from 2023-2024, while most other workers only received a 2% increase. Top execs use the company as a piggy bank and Rutledge lets it happen, down with morale..
They are persuasive sometimes to a fault

Their mindset, they keep a growth mindset and always say there is never perfection and opportunities for growth
They care. But its really about policy. The company does a good job trying to balance things but the reality of it is understanding that its a for profit organization and I'm expendable. Policy makes that clear.

Seriously we are adults and how insulting we received a backpack for a Christmas gift. Mine was thrown in goodwill donations dumpster when I got off work!!!!
Communication, coaching, incentives. They think giving "jeans" day is the best reward for employees... yeah the most uncomfortable form of pants ok. Oh and chridtmas cookies left over in spring. No appreciation

The business serves the client; not the other way around. Clients have an increasing options for connectivity. Cable/telecom isnt a monopoly anymore. This comoany needs a complete overhaul. Outsiurce all business operations to a firm that understands how to scale and run a Fortune 100 comoany.
leadership dont know what is happining at the company or in tech ops department all they see its reports and numbers .......
