The call center atmosphere is friendly, I haven't met a peer or supervisor in the 3 years I've worked for the company that I couldn't get along with. No, not everything and everyone is perfect, but they are a pretty great group of people.

Fun outgoing people who are always willing to help one another
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customers say the company has gone down hill since the 2016 merger, that the company only cares about the bottom line and not proactively taking care of lines, equipment, etc
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have worked with 7 different supervisors since I was hired and they have all been very open, welcoming people. They seem to truly want to see me succeed at my job and grow within the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health, dental and vision start the first day of the month after you are hired. So if you are hired on 7/15 your benefits start on 8/1!! I've never seen that before, it's pretty cool. Vacation and personal time is front loaded as well
