their communcation with all employees

Communicating with 'lower level' employees, and following through what they say they will get back to you on or promises

What is the best part about your compensation package?
the health insurance is very reasonable

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Many other companies pay almost twice what spectrum does the difference is Union representation. They have started quarterly bonuses but I preferred raises two bonuses due to tax rate and Lasting Revenue generation

We should have a health care plan with a very high premium, but never see a bill.

less pressure and more encouragement

Focusing on positivity and less on the numbers at a corporate level there are some texts out there with a terrible score card doing great things for the company. And there are some texts out there was great scorecards really damaging the company's image.
