Pay increases and hiring proper number of workers instead of pushing for more and more productivity with fewer resources.

Protocol , better SOP. Really training. Actually having supervisions to follow through with new hire training and having sop that can fully explain job function. Lower turn over rate

Stop hating unions, especially when they acquire an industry that has unions..deal with it. HVS needs a lot of work to help innovate. It actually helps to stagnate opportunities.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We, the employee are the ones making the profit for the company. They keep promoting the same people to manage when they have NO business qualifications or background to support the employee fairly.

Starting pay is poor and does not increase with cost of living. Most other pharmacies are paying technicians significantly more.
