I would prefer not to elaborate. I can say I loved my job for 10 years, but after some restructuring it was never the same.

Hourly pay rate and health insurance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company encourages employees to lead healthier lives.
What makes you most happy at work?
Trying to provide customers with services they need.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nothing. They would create processes to rate employees and then tell supervisors employees couldn't know about the rating system.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Leadership team was personal friends with some of my peers. That created a work environment of favoritism and distrust.
What did you like most about the interview process?
After hearing managers make comments about candidates and know they reached out to personal contacts previous employers to ask questions they shouldnt.....I realized the process was seriously flawed.
