Training of employees. Make temp hired permanent after no more than 9 months.

Stop hating unions, especially when they acquire an industry that has unions..deal with it. HVS needs a lot of work to help innovate. It actually helps to stagnate opportunities.

Worst raise I ever received in the three and a half years I worked with the company. Sad!

The insurance is garbage. For a pharmaceutical company you think that you would have better benefits. The hourly wage is not comparable to other warehouses. Steps you have to go through for disability or restriction profile is ridiculous. It's almost like it takes an act of congress to get done
