The transparency, communication and vision are on the forefront. They have been remarkable during unprecedented times offering understating, flexibility and an interest to know what they can do to offer guidance, clarity and kindness.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
HIring and promoting better senior leaders. The last President of P&I ran the organization into the ground and it doesn't appear to be recovering.

Kelly generally pays above average for the industry.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because cut every area of comp including variable through constant changing commission and bonus plans. They do not leave any in place long enough to gain momentum.

The pay is very low for what you have to do. I also feel long term should receive that pay from the start and not have to wait til day 16.

Most everyone I work with wants to know how they can help. There is a common goal always at the forefront and everyone is appreciated for their skill set.

For the most part, my fellow employees are well rounded and know very well what they are doing.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They are all just a bunch of friends that have worked together for many years and are not qualified for their senior leadership roles and their insecurities drive dishonesty and a culture of false illusions. It's all about who you know and are friends with rather than how good you are at your job.

Guidance, kindness & direct. Our leadership educates and communicates our directive clearly in a positive format and in return wants to understand what they can do for us.

I have a great deal of flexibility in my role. I am able to utilize the best of my skill set and reach out to other areas I have interest in.

There has been at least five restructures at Kelly in the last year and a half and they don't seem to know who they are or who they want to be. Major identity crisis!
