Good people but a bit disorganized
They need to support their employees better and not immediately take sides of the accuser. They also need to learn some negotiation skills, so the accusers have to admit their part of the problem and take corrective actions. The mangers always need to talk to their employees in a professional way.
Leadership needs to get better at supporting their employees. My direct manager was great, anyone above him took weeks to respond to a simple email which is in everyone's BASIC FUNCTIONS and REQUIRED TASKS EACH DAY! Absolutely the most unprofessional leadership I've ever seen.

Taking care of their underpaid labor
Not coming behind and on the sides of the workers folding their arms watching them work. Please stop bothering them all the time about pull up your mask, glasses while workers are hard at work
The leadership team is exclusively male. They surround themselves with people who tell them what they want to hear and not qualified professionals.

It would make me feel better if I was actually compensated. Sure when I'm able to work and the equipment is doing fine everythings great, the moment it isn't, you're basically out of a job. There are many states that prevent that with being scheduled for the day, and this company breaks those laws.

I need benefits like 401k, health insurance, personal time off and more than a week vacation over a certain amount of years. If not 401k then pension of some kind.
Compensation is need based and not performance driven.
We all like to actually help. We all want to grow. And we're all here for Kelly, regardless of how little support they help us with.

They are all just a bunch of friends that have worked together for many years and are not qualified for their senior leadership roles and their insecurities drive dishonesty and a culture of false illusions. It's all about who you know and are friends with rather than how good you are at your job.
