What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to be professional , give better directions and follow all safety precautions, and accept all people regardless of their political views.
Their compensation is not good so they cannot keep employees
They are all just a bunch of friends that have worked together for many years and are not qualified for their senior leadership roles and their insecurities drive dishonesty and a culture of false illusions. It's all about who you know and are friends with rather than how good you are at your job.
