What do you like best about the leadership team?
Friendly and caring my manager took me to the hospital emergency room as well as two guests

All the executives are friendly and down to earth. They have no issues being around the regular staff and are very nice to work with. They make a lot of hard decisions and have a lot of power, but dont let it go to their heads. They care about all their staff.

I do beg for week off.

They don't even pay deducted salary and unpaid months, didn't even support with job, took my just because I spoke up against injustice at the property by GM.

They should compensate you fairly. That is all one wants. Pay for overtime. Don't threaten your colleagues saying if they don't come on a shift they were not supposed to in the first place that they will kick you out. If employees approach HR they don't care.

Undervalued because a new worker can come in and make the same that I make and ny job requires more time and attention. I would feel more valuable if i was compensated fir the hard work I do, also a feeling of appreciation.

Meetings are waste of times. Management likes talk because they got nothing else better to do.

I feel like my coworkers get away with alot of negative behavior. For example: if they behave poorly or don't show up for work, there is no consequences. The management just ignores the mistakes so they can keep the employees.

Well, firstly they should have the knowledge of what is being spoken to take the interview.

No elementary school like rules.. no CAP's. Isn't Marriott customer engagement center part of Marriott? If it isn't then Marriott must make it part of the corporate team. It seems that Marriott treat CEC as different company!! I truly hope not!
