Everyone trys their best to be the best in their field and the best as a team. But are understanding when mistakes are made.

The interviewers really try to get to know you as a person. To make sure you will be happy in the position and feel part of the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
All the executives are friendly and down to earth. They have no issues being around the regular staff and are very nice to work with. They make a lot of hard decisions and have a lot of power, but dont let it go to their heads. They care about all their staff.
