Marriott Team Employee Reviews

What are some of the best things about your team?

LOVE JOY INSPIRATIONAL GREAT AT EVERYTHING

They function as a team.

Review from Executive Dept

Caring, hard working and treat employees fairly

Review from Operations Dept

Unfortunately, colleagues have reached a point of fear so as not to lose their job because of the threats made by the cleaning work with comedians that you put us to do for fear of repressaries.

Review from Customer Success Dept

They come in and show up every day

We interact and listen to each other

Helping each other when needs

Review from Customer Success Dept

Some coworkers were supportive and friendly. However, the issues I faced with management, particularly Chef Fathy and HR, impacted my overall experience.

they are cooperating and respecting each other.

We help each other all the time. And have fun

Flexibility, positivity and emotional intelligence

Well it's a union house and it's very complicated

My team is great there friends and coworkers always willing to train or help eachother.

Review from Engineering Dept

our communication is really good

Human connection respect support and kindness

Some of us work together

We work and help each other everyday

Amazing amounts of talent and experience.

Review from Operations Dept

Leadership, teamwork, kind, hardworking, friendly

Review from Operations Dept

1. Collaboration: We work together seamlessly. 2. Innovation: We encourage creative solutions. 3. Support: We lift each other up. 4. Diversity: Unique perspectives drive our success.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Working together, knowledge of Hospitality or Culinary Arts, I am certified in both, as well as a Business major. I witnessed a group not a team.

Review from Product Dept

Laziness, telling other's 'what their JOB is', caring more, and thinking about the customer; what if it were you.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Need better communication and respect towards others and not so biased

Our environment can be hostal, therefore if can communicate with each other at least job related.. It would be effective..

The leadership team and new employees need emotional intelligence and team-building training.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Team work! Working together on everything.

Co workers don't work as a team

Useless managers need to leaveZ

Coworkers are often caught using their phone during work, when it’s told to management, managers does not do anything about it since they’re buddy’s with the manag

they are very petty & toxic

Review from Customer Success Dept

We all need to work together and support one another. I could get involve in more projects.

Review from Operations Dept

Yes very much they need to actually work

Review from Product Dept

I AM SITTING OUTSIDE IN NEAR TO BELOW FREEZING WEATHER AS MARRIOTT HOTEL HEIRESS/ CORP EXECUTIVE AND SOLE OWNER. ALL OF THE EMPLOYEE THAT I HAVE CONTACTED ABOUT MY BENEFITS HAVE IGNORED ME...AND MY NAME IS STILL ON THEIR CHECKS. THEY HAVE NO JUST CASE TO MISTREAT ME IN THIS MANNER I AM HORRIFIED

They are mostly temps and we have issues with theft and sharing materials, most in house workers have quit because of the expectations and pressure along with conflict that occurs each day, managers do nothing to control daily mishaps that are unnecessary and preventable.

Better hiring skill in picking better management that actually care

Attitude, compasion, communication , maners , responsible

be timely, professional and polite to guest and each other.

More training for new hires better communication and collaboration tools

Communication and problem resolution. If a coworker makes a mistake the steps to correct the mistake shouldnt feel like punishment. I also believe if there were actual team meetings where conversations are had to reflect on the week performance around the hotel would improve. Organization and consis

Be there to work and not get involved in others busisness and life
