Pre COVID 19, the executive team was pretty good.

a male counterpart with the same qualifications was offered more money for the same job. Job market went up and now I am being offered less. To me all other things equal - I am paid less for being a woman.

Pay what other hotel brands pay. Give everyone a bonus, not just your managers. As if they don't already make the biggest bulk of the wages in the hotel. Look at Delta's wages and bonus packages and try to do something comparable. Giving a hourly employee 3% a year is offensive.

I dont know because i wasnt given a chance.

Our team was the best. We made other departments within the hotel feel very welcome. Although the property closed, we still keep in touch.
