Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The hours I put in are crazy, and the salary and 401k are pretty low. If they'd just make the 401k higher, I'd feel much better about it.

No growth after a point such as manager due to lack of opportunities which eventually leading to underpayment as service experience and number of years are increased but not the pay.
