Psp. After 10 yrs of "service" it is clear that psp means profit-service-profit. What i learned from this corp. Is (it what it is) & CYA. Ex 1. 2 ppl walk in an office, both wanting 5k clr prints. 1 has been around & the other is a 1st timer. Leave with the same product but 2 very diff $. PSP

Develop the talent you have instead promoting team members you havent broken yet? Developing your team is just as important as the business itself, but there is no scheduled time for development unless a request is made. Unless like business; 40 hrs a week scheduled for the important things. Psp
