What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health care and dental are pretty good but cost is a bit high depending on what you get. Family coverage with most of the benefits cost around $500 per pay period.

Not all levels are eligible for a bonus. Admins and associates do not get a bonus. At all! When they hire you they say it’s up to the managers’ discretion but what they mean is points that you convert into an AMEX gift card through the internal system. This is even if you get a perfect performance.

Amex has decent benefits. Feel like I pay a lot for medical but at least they subsidize a good amount of the cost.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When the company has a great year I'd expect to be compensated accordingly

I bring in billions as a collection agent by preventing loss in revenue but compensation is way less than those of a customer service agent. Our insurance deductible is way too high and kissing assistance isa requirement for advancement.

There’s a meeting to prepare for the meeting, to go to the meeting. Then there’s the actual meeting. Then a meeting after the meeting. Then a meeting to talk about the last meeting and then a meeting before the last meeting. You barely have time to do actual work.

3+ years and you can’t implement change. Everything is more about what level are you. Lots of beurocacy, too. Only staying because I can work from home a lot.
