Respect and recognition. Others like perks free food, good work space, healthy and smiling working condition, employee recognition and rewards....i could go and on

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Usually upbeat. People have no worries at Google because of the benefits so they focus on work. It is nice to work with people that are not stressing about money.
