People being supportive and not trying to undermine each other.
Focus in respect for all emoloyees
Folks are pretty laid back. But the bureaucracy and the complexity is slowing everything to an unnecessary crawl.
They are alwasy working on ways to improve the environment and the overall experience.

In spite of the size, there still is some space for ideas and active contributions beyond completing a list of tasks. Friendly and respectful environment, especially with tech people. Where there are rules and guidelines, it's usually possible to see a reasonable reason for them!
