Leadership needs to formulate a strategy

Leadership should take feedback and work on it and not retaliate on the employees who share feedback

less bureaucracy, More honestly about Grad and how it works. The company misrepresents that there are no number targets per rating. The way they handled "support check in's" was a disaster. The way layoffs were handlwd was disrespectful and rude. The severence was ok.

Combination of base salary improvements, off site perks model, treating everyone at same level of respect, providing growth opportunities equally, identifying and eliminating bias, identify and eliminating credit stealing individuals
