The stock's growth and the fact that OnCall rotations are compensated.

Equity package is strong. It takes a while to vest, but it's a big upside

The pay is great. It could be more performance based.

The possibiltiy to exceed sales targets.

salary and health insurance that good for me

i get paid a lot

Competitive equity that refreshes every year

Review from Sales Dept

Its embarrassingly good. Nothing to complain. I get paid more than I deserve

The equity grants are very fair.

Review from Engineering Dept

Insane spenden wichtig insane Trinken forward

Stocks and the fact that they are google stocks

My package is not good

Review from IT Dept

stock equity for all employees

Survival benefit is best in industry.

Annual equity refresh is generous for long term growth

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Lower than competitors and inequity balance between employees and exec.

Dont care about no onw

Google is a for profit multinational, one of the better ones imo, but still they investment in the employees is tiny compared to the revenues, and the hype about "caring" for employees feels hypocritical when you do the math, and see choices feeling like trying to look generous while saving on staff

UX is significantly underrepresented in our PA, and we're getting paid less than our peers.

Not comparable to other companies

Truth is that you will never have to worry about the fact that you will never have to wait until the end of the month for your own personal statement

Review from IT Dept

getting more money whenever I want

Compensation and annual raises are low and the company isnt transparent about pay gaps

Salary never increased from L2 toL3 and is too low to afford housing in Dublin for single people

Review from Operations Dept

I am an apprentice I'd like healthcare at least

I am a Contractor. So no benefits or stock.

Review from HR Dept

Your past experience is not considered for your salary and stocks compensation

8 years and never promoted. Slotted on a career ladder with less pay and opportunity than my less experienced colleagues.

Review from Engineering Dept

Salary does not keep up with cost of living

higher salary and more clear KPIs

Review from Sales Dept

Despite cost of living increases, my salary has essentially gone down, along with HSA benefits. If I lived 2 hours East or West I'd be able to double my salary.

Review from Design Dept

Not enough equity refreshers. Slow promotions!

Review from Engineering Dept

Under paid for my skill level.

Review from Engineering Dept

Base is too low... Stock refreshes are not following market rate

Review from Engineering Dept

too much work and not enough time
