I like how integrated they are on a daily basis. You often can’t tell leadership apart from regular managers and MDs and I think that’s great because it shows that they immerse themselves into the same environments as the rest of us.

Zero percent raises consistently even when performance ratings exceed expectations. ACN does not fairly pay the corporate function employees (HR, Finance, etc.) only the consultants are recognized / rewarded.
