Be more welcoming of new additions. Show them around. Just because you have been there for 15+ years does not mean they know the ropes

They don't behave like a team because they are in a different location. Management does not encourage them to behave differently. In fact, management exacerbates the problem.

Too many meetings, lack of real training. You get thrown into the project with no real background. Just need to figure it out.

There has been a sharp drop-off in the quality of team members recently. People are disengaged, not team-oriented and not delivering high quality. It leaves those of us who care about those things to have to work ten times harder to deliver a quality product to our clients.
