Accenture Environment Employee Reviews

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It's not positive. Employees are increasingly on edge. The positively was that people use to share and exchange. Now they keep their head down.

They are committed to DEI values.

polite environment, monthly recognition and extra bonuses,

Company is well known and a gate opener to work at other companies.

There is an attempt to bring together community across industries and practices

There are attempts to bring people together for a sense of community, but if you are not in a large hub like MYC or Chicago, you don’t have the opportunity to participa

some employees go out of their way to make sure you are seen. Unfortunately, no one recognizes their effort. Luckily, they do it out of generosity and not for recognition.

Diversity & inclusion. Respect for the individual

There are a lot of smart people who are individually very decent

People are understanding, approachable and respectful

I like the diversity of people in the company which makes the environment really fun to work at.

Great Corporate Culture, Awesome Infrastructure & Office Layout, Good Management, Superb Facilities and Mesmerising Policies.

Diverse, opening and accepting of all.

Hire well trained managers that value every employee

Reasonable timeline - open to adjustmenf

There is a lot of talk @ being human and respectful - at the top there are great strides. The next layers down - total operators/tacticians with low EQ - really kills the soul. Then we’ll get these zinger autocratic emails copying in leadership about administrative that are hu

Review from Executive Dept

better management, more transparency, better pay

Review from Operations Dept

Higher compensation and better rewards.

Review from Finance Dept

Improve communication between leadership and employees

Work life balance. And should be paid fairly.

Review from Finance Dept

Allow leaders to lead. Remove MD's who are no more than Project Managers blindly tied to delivery models and politics. Require Sr Mgr's to be more technical across more lanes. Stop lying about being "more human". Punish Career counselors that pad their people's timesheet's.

Review from IT Dept

Project leadership is unwilling or unable to stand up to unreasonable client requests and unprofessional behavior.

Review from IT Dept

Stop running it like an accountant’s office

Review from Operations Dept

Reward people who deserve...not just that you belong to a certain group hence you have the authority to call shots.

Review from Business Development Dept

The environment lack innovation or thought, and when addressed with a difficult problem as a team digresses into finger pointing. Analysts also handle the majority of client relationships, and management is viewed negatively by clients.

Review from Marketing Dept

people are too busy to care about others

Review from Engineering Dept

High performers are rewarded with more work / less time with family
