Looking after their resources, be respectful

Listening to the reality of what is happening on the ground in regard to what is working and what is not. Stop buying and pushing a narrative that is not true. Push back harder at the top on what is not working or true.

My experience I. Industry before joining Accenture is extremely valuable but not translated into the level in the organization I was brought in at or the projects I am able to be staffed on

Paid time off isn’t adequate with today’s expectations from employees. Even getting small things to do your job require significant effort to have them paid

They make 1000 times profit and share only 1 part of it as salary

Be more welcoming of new additions. Show them around. Just because you have been there for 15+ years does not mean they know the ropes

They don't behave like a team because they are in a different location. Management does not encourage them to behave differently. In fact, management exacerbates the problem.

I was pigeon holed into a role I was not interested in. Being able to have greater ability to move between siloed workstreams once hired would be beneficial.
