What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership need to straight their focus

Looking after their resources, be respectful

Listening to the reality of what is happening on the ground in regard to what is working and what is not. Stop buying and pushing a narrative that is not true. Push back harder at the top on what is not working or true.

Actually support the growth of your employees in a tangible way. Too much talk and no walk. Some employees are like the forgotten stepchildren being held hostage in a basement. This has been going on for years and it has never changed. Unfortunately, it impacts the most vulnerable employees.

Training managers to learn to treat people the same and promote based on work and not buddy system.

Put people who do the work first, focus on us and show us that you value them. We are now seen as numbers and replaceable.
