What does the leadership team need to get better at?
take care of your team members, the team members are the one who generates income to the company regardless if they're an entry level. Quit with the favoritism and acknowledge the hard working team members

What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k match is good, pto is generous, health insurance is ok. Parental leave is great.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Education plays no role in position I have a masters degree and that plays no role in how I am compensated to positions offered currently looking for employment elsewhere

For the last several years raises have been well below the COLA level along with below target bonuses all while they have made the annual review process less and less transparent or meaningful and the cost of benefits has increased. Also internal promotions are a myth at this point.

I am a bilingual teller and get paid the same as every other monolingual teller. Because I had to take and pass a Spanish language proficiency exam, I would expect to be getting paid a bit more, as with my past bilingual positions.

Be more inclusive. You fail to recognize that if you don't include certain people in meetings and make professional connections then are critical because those people don't have institutional knowledge.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Teams are quite spread out over different parts of the country (and internationally) and even employees at the same location may work in different buildings. So culture is very localized. I have a very good work culture in my team, but I've heard some horror stories from others.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Make meaningful changes, raises, promotions, etc. instead of just the lip service of saying they listen and care about their employees. We have heard the same story for years while very little if anything changes.
