It ran pretty smoothly. I felt I received continuous communication and everyone was approachable and responsive.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be more inclusive. You fail to recognize that if you don't include certain people in meetings and make professional connections then are critical because those people don't have institutional knowledge.
