When changes are made people meet need more time than 24 hours to help our customers with that change

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Nothing we are not paid wells for what we do and new employees make significantly more. Need to bump pay and show appreciation to employees

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Min wage has gone up twice and nothing has been done about the pay that I have. Where I live is very expensive and hard to even make ends meet

They used to proactively encourage people to be happy to be at work and promote a happy work environment that is no longer the case
