What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonus at 25 percent of salary

The PTO package. You get 144 hours of PTO during your first year. (Prorated to your start date of course) You also get 4 Personal Holidays and just about all of the Federal Holidays off. If your department is open on Holidays then you get Holiday Pay.

after 12 years here in a vital HR training role i am only making 47 K. as a single dad of two kids that isn't enough, no bonus option and benefits all have high deductible. 3k our of pocket before insurance covers anything. they just keep taking away while CEOs make millions

anyone who profited form the scandals should not be here any longer. and the billions of dollars in profit, some should be spent on the team members not on the CEOs who messed up

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
appreciate me, pay me, give me great benefits like the CEOs have, bonus eligibility based on performance, all pay levels should be adjusted upwards to mimic the $12 minimum wage the CEO keeps bragging about.
